1. Minimum Order Threshold (3 KG Rule)

To guarantee temperature control, fresh ice flake packaging, and viable direct dispatch from Karachi Fish Harbor, Ocean Seafood Karachi enforces a minimum order requirement of 3 KG gross weight per order.

2. Weight & Wastage Loss Transparency

All prices listed on oceanseafood.pk are based on Gross Weight before gutting, scaling, and cleaning. Seafood experiences natural weight loss (goti loss ~300g to 400g per KG depending on species). The gross weight weighed at harbor scales is 100% guaranteed.

3. Variable Fish Size & Piece Count

Wild marine fish sizes and exact piece counts fluctuate daily based on harbor catch. Piece matrices (e.g. 2-3 pcs/kg, ~50 pcs/kg for prawns) represent daily averages.

4. Same Day vs Next Day Delivery Segregation

Same-day fresh catches are dispatched daily in two morning and evening slots across Karachi. Pre-order luxury species (Jumbo Prawns, Giant Lobsters) are procured fresh on next-day morning trawler arrivals.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Inspection

Customers are requested to verify the chilled packaging and gross weight note upon delivery before paying our courier.
